RULES AND REGULATIONS

Members of the University community: administrative officials and personnel, faculty and students.

Non-constituents of MSU may be allowed to use the library subject to its rules and regulations and upon the approval of the Director, University Library.

They are extended the privileges to use the library materials within the premises of the library. These people are:

1. Former faculty members, alumni and former students who were honorably discharged.

2. Graduate students of the University who are not formally enrolled but working on their thesis.

3. Visiting scholars.

4. Constituents of educational institutions and other private individuals who are granted privileges by the Director, University Library. They must present letter of instruction from their instructor/supervisor.
