Admission Requirements

The University provides students the opportunity of a well-balance curricular offering and top-caliber for leadership roles. The Office of Admission was created of effectively control the admission of students and ensure adherence to the demands of academic excellence.

The Office of Admissions is in-charged with the following functions:

  1. To implement  existing admission policies and function:
  2. To administer and implement the University Scholarship Programs as may be assign from time to time.
  3. To administer and supervise the Marawi Campus MSU System Admission and Scholarship Examination (MSU-SASE) and College Entrance Test (CET) ;
  4. To undertake studies and recommended improvements and admission policies and procedures;
  5. To render assistance to students who have admission problems;
  6. To establish and promote goodwill and rapport with the public especially with all high schools in the MINSUPALA region for continuous input of freshmen students;

Admission Requirements in the Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Programs

For Freshmen:

  1. High School Report Card/Form138 –A (Original)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character From High School Principal
  3. Birth Certificate, (NSO)
  4. MSU-SASE or CET Report of Rating
  5. CBP/CPC Report of Rating
  6. 4 copies 2”x 2” recent ID picture (with name printed at the back).

For Transferees:

  1. Honorable Dismissal and an Evaluate Copy of Transcript of Records.
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character From High School last attended.
  3. Birth Certificate, (NSO)
  4. MSU-SASE or CET Report of Rating
  5. 4 copies 2”x 2” recent ID picture (with name printed at the back).

For Second Degree Applicant:

  1. Honorable Dismissal and an Evaluate Copy of Transcript of Records.
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character From High School last attended.
  3. Birth Certificate, original (to be returned) and photocopy.
  4. 3 copies 1” x 1” ID picture (with name printed at the back).

For Masteral/Doctorate Degree Applicant:

  1. Official Transcripts of Records - Last School Attended (Original)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character - Last School Attended (Original)
  3. Birth Certificate, (NSO)
  4. MSU-Main Graduate Studies Entrance Examination Results
  5. 4 copies 2”x 2” recent ID picture (with name printed at the back).
