Description: Invitation to Bid: Proposed Construction of Various Infrastructure and Water System Projects for the different Campuses of MSU System
The Mindanao State University, Marawi City (MSU-Main), through the Commission on Higher Education, Disbursement Acceleration Program Fund (CHED-DAPF), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Million Six Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty One Pesos & 95/100 (104,657,931.95) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment for the Proposed Construction of Various Infrastructure and Water System Projects for the different Campuses of MSU System. Bid received in excess of the ABC per project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of contracts shall be
governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184) and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised-IRR).
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract similar to the project with a contract amount adjusted to current prices must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC per project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly Section II – Instructions to Bidder. Interested parties may obtain further information from the SBAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Office of the President, Administration Building, Mindanao State University, Marawi City, from Monday to Friday during
office hours or request for it by emailing the SBAC at firstname.lastname@example.org.
