Members of the University community: administrative officials and personnel, faculty and students.

Non-constituents of MSU may be allowed to use the library subject to its rules and regulations and upon the approval of the Director, University Library.

Service Hours:

Bonafide members of the University who register for library privileges could visit at this particular schedules:

• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p. m. Monday - Friday
• 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p. m. Saturday
• It is also open in the Sunday preceding scheduled examination.
