Requirements for borrowing Library Materials

Borrower's Card. The Borrower's Card issued by the University Library duly validated by the Records In-charge (Library) serves as the student's library card. The card is not transferable. Doing so would mean suspension of library privileges for one week.

Bonafide members of the University who register for library privileges shall be required to present the following:

• Student Identification Card;
• Faculty/Staff Identification Card or appointment papers;
• Borrower's Card; and
• Library clearance
