Issuing ARTA and Alumni ID Cards

About the Service

OIPP facilitates the issuance of MSU Alumni and ARTA ID Cards from application, production, to the releasing process. The minimum processing time is within seven working days. Clients are being notified thru SMS when the ID cards can already be claimed.

Present your claim stub to the action officer (If the ID card is being claimed by a representative, present the claim stub together with the authorization letter from the owner and 1 valid ID card)

Get and check the claim stub and other necessary documents

Wait while the ID card is being prepared

Find the ID card being claimed and hand it to the client

If the ID card is not yet ready for releasing, immediately inform the client/claimant

Check if the information in the ID card is correct

If there is a mistake on the information indicated in the ID card, check the application form filed by the client (If the mistake was accidentally done by the processing officer, the ID card will be replaced and a repayment will not be required; but if the mistake was made by the client while accomplishing the application form, the office will not be liable)
