About The Department

The Fisheries Technology Department of MSU-CFAS offers DT in Aquaculture and DT in Fish Processing. The department was established in 1963 at Mindanao State University. It is the major objective of the Department to conduct instruction, research and extension services in the field of fisheries necessary for the economic development of Mindanao, Sulu and Palawan region.
