The MSU constituents will continue to play decisive and bold steps in the thrust for national solidarity and move at a fast pace, without let-up in the efforts to respond to the urgent needs and demands of contemporary society in Southern Philippines, and the nation as a whole.

In this time of stress, we are trying to search for measures that could spell for the nation better harmony and progress under an atmosphere of mutual respect and tolerance.

With the sustained efforts of the constituents, MSUS shall become not only a center of academic excellence but also an effective instrument of socio-economic and political development in the South.

He who boldly walks that extras mile toward the realization of his full human potential makes the greatest contribution to society in general and the Mindanao State University in particular-himself and his service.
