The Mindanao State University (MSU) System held its 274th Board of Regents Meeting on March 31, 2025, at the CHED Conference Room, HEDC Building, UP Diliman, Quezon City. The session gathered key officials to discuss policies and strategic matters concerning the university system.
Presided by Shirley C. Agrupis (MSU-BOR Chairperson), the BOR En Banc meeting was attended by Hon. Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA (System President ), Campus Chancellors—Hon. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, Hon. Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, Hon. Shidik T. Abantas, Sectoral Regents— Hon. Samuel B. Sabenecio, Hon. Norhayna Eryll D. Madale-Unte, and other Regents from different national and Regional Offices, Hon. Humphrey L. Ducalas, Hon. Amina Rasul Bernardo, and Hon. Gracita R. Jacinto-Ali, and BOR and University OIC Secretary Atty. Norajannah D. Lantud, SCL.
Several regents were represented as well by their representatives, Hon. Loren C. Legarda (by Atty. Asmenah M. Barambangan), Hon. Rolando U. Toledo (by USec. Wilford Will L. Wong), and Hon. Arsenio M. Balisacan (by USec. Carlos Bernardo O. Abad Santos).
The meeting underscores the continued commitment of national and regional leaders to the development and governance of the MSU System. Major concerns on financial, fiscal and academic issues were given priority.
