51 Programs of MSU Main Approved for SIKAP Grant

CHED has approved the application of MSU Main Campus as a Delivering Higher Education Institution (DHEI) under the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP). This means that MSU Main faculty and staff can now avail of scholarships to pursue graduate studies in the listed programs.
SIKAP is a scholarship program for Filipino faculty and personnel of higher education institutions who wish to pursue advanced studies and contribute in the enhancement of quality tertiary education instruction and delivery.
Scholarship benefits include, among others, tuition and other fees, living allowance, book/subscription and other resources allowance, transportation and communication allowance, and thesis/dissertation/capstone project allowance. A grantee may also receive research support grant, research publication incentive, and early completion incentive.
The approval of MSU Main as a DHEI is a nod to President Mapupuno’s 10-Point Agenda, which includes taking bolder strides toward academic excellence under Agenda 1.
