Effective, efficient and prompt delivery of service in the preparation, implementation and supervision of all functions and projects pertaining to the physical improvement of the university facilities, ground maintenance to include the golf course, roads and drainage system, electrical and power distribution system.
Goals and Objectives
- Preparation of plans and estimate of proposal construction, maintenance and other special projects;
- Implementation of infrastructure development plan or building and support facilities, roads and grounds, campus amenities and power distribution system;
- Maintenance and upkeep of all buildings owned by the university including grounds, the golf course, roads and drainage network;
- Maintenance of campus power distribution system, building electrical works, generators and the power substation;
- Venue preparation for all university function and events;
- Supervision of cleanliness and maintenance of campus grounds;
- Landscaping and beautification; and
- Monitoring of garbage collection and disposal.
