Biography

Professor Nor-ainnie Gubaten Gabriel has been a faculty member of the College of Public Affairs since December 2009; She is the current Assistant Dean of the College of Public Affairs, a former College Research Coordinator and a former Chairperson of the Department of Public Administration. She is married to Mohammad Omar D. Gabriel. She is the daughter of Hadji Edres Gubaten and Hadja Norhaya Gubaten; born and raised in the municipality of Pantar, Lanao Del Norte.
