Asst. Prof. Novalyn T. Matuan is a faculty member in the Department of Public Administration, College of Public Affairs of Mindanao State University, Marawi City. She graduated her Master of Public Administration at Mindanao State University, Marawi City in year 2022. She also finishes her Juris Doctor in the same Institution in year 2014 and her Bachelor of Public Administration Degree in year 2006. She was a former Area Coordinator in the Listahanan Project at DSWD, Field Office 10, Cagayan De Oro City. Before she became coordinator she was a former Data Encoder during the 4P’s Project in the same office. She joined as PARALEGAL during the 2010 Election at Iligan City. Prof. Matuan was a also a former Instructress at North Central Mindanao Colleges, Maranding, Lala Lanao del Norte in year 2007-2009 and was also an instructress at Lanao Educational Institute College, Malabang, Lanao del Sur in year 2006. Currently, she is the adviser of Pantaw a Mareg Publication in the Department of Public Administration and remains loyal in this department.
