Jeffrey is a distinguished former active member and Seniors Council head during his college tenure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in this University, and his academic journey has flourished with a double Masters, both local and international. In 2019, he earned his Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Southern Philippines Foundation in Cebu City, followed by a groundbreaking European joint Masters in Social Work, where he proudly represented the Philippines as the recipient of a prestigious Erasmus Mundus scholarship in Europe. His academic pursuits led him to study at renowned institutions across Europe, including Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, Riga Stradins University in Latvia, Catholic University in Slovakia, and the Institute University of Lisbon Portugal. A graduating student this year as he will finish his PhD in Social Development in the University of Mindanao, Davao City. His dedication extends beyond academia; he is a seasoned researcher whose work has been presented and published globally, from Jakarta Indonesia, Japan, to Canada and various European platforms. With practical experience as an Adoption Social Worker at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, He brings invaluable real-world insights to his role as a full-time faculty member in the MSU Social Work Department. His commitment to education is evident as he passionately teaches both undergraduate and graduate programs, shaping the future generation of social work professionals.
