Marawi City— The 5th Executive Committee Meeting of the National Consortium for Small-Scale Fisheries Research and Development, also known as Too Big To Ignore (TBTI) Philippines, was held on July 15, 2025, at the CHTM Pavilion Hall, Mindanao State University-Main Campus in Marawi City.

The meeting was attended by chancellors, presidents, and officials from various state universities and colleges across the country. These included representatives from UP Visayas, Central Mindanao University, Mariano Marcos State University, Mindoro State University, Guimaras State University, Batangas State University, State University of Northern Negros, Cavite State University–Naic, Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, Central Philippines State University, Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, Western Philippines University, Catanduanes State University, Marinduque State University, Iloilo State University, Southern Leyte State University, Cebu Technological University, and Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology.

Also in attendance were officials from the Mindanao State University system, including MSU–IIT, MSU–TCTO, MSU–Sulu, MSU–General Santos, MSU–Naawan, and the host, MSU–Main Campus. The event brought together key leaders in support of TBTI Philippines and its ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration in small-scale fisheries research and development.
