MSU Main Campus - Marawi City > 16-Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions (SDG Goals) > MSU SASE Booster Review Wraps Up with an Inspiring Address from MSU President Tago

The intensive two-week Mindanao State University System Admission and Scholarship Examination (MSU SASE) Booster Review Classes, an initiative of MSU System President Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA, successfully concluded today with a vibrant closing ceremony at the International Convention Center. The program, which ran from September 23 to October 4, 2025, successfully prepared a large cohort of students from MSU Community High School and other public schools who had recently attended the SASE Review at the MSU Main Campus. The review was managed and facilitated by the Office of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, headed by Dr. Samsia M. Paitao-Dumrang.

MSU System President Tago delivered a powerful and inspiring message to the future scholars, articulating the institutional commitment to educational access and student support. His dedication was evident not only in his words but also in the program’s robust logistics: participants were provided with hospitality, a comfortable stay, and accommodations in the newly inaugurated BARMM-donated dormitories for the duration of the review. This substantive support for the scholars reflects a core tenet of his leadership, which places student welfare at the center of MSU’s mission. President Tago concluded by urging the aspirants to approach the forthcoming SASE with academic focus and confidence, recognizing it as a critical juncture for their intellectual and professional development as future leaders.
