Mindanao State University (MSU) System President Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA, successfully led a campus-wide wellness activity on October 3, 2025, with the inaugural “Walk for LIFE (Lifelong Involvement In Fun and Exercise)”. Held at the MSU Main Campus following the Flag Retreat ceremony, the event demonstrated President Tago’s clear commitment to institutionalizing health and well-being as a core component of the university experience.
The walk saw enthusiastic participation from members of the MSU community who joined the President in a refreshing and fun-filled activity around the campus grounds. The wellness program, a key initiative reflecting the President’s vision for a healthier university, emphasized the importance of Lifelong Involvement In Fun and Exercise for achieving general well-being, camaraderie, and lifelong fitness. The event underscored the institutional priority of promoting wellness and inclusivity in the workplace, as outlined in the President’s Nine-Point Agenda, particularly his sixth agenda item, which focuses on Human Resource Development and Culture Building, setting a positive precedent for health-focused engagement within the MSU System.
