Office of the University and of the Board of Regents Secretary

The Office of the University Secretary and of the Board of regents is to provide services to the University and to the Board of Regents, 

• Notify the Regents of All meeting of the board and to send each Regents a copy of agenda at least 7 days before scheduled meeting;
• to keep records of its proceedings;
• to furnish a copy of the minutes within reasonable time;
• to provide secretarial service to the Board of Regents;
• the custodian of records, is an ex-officio member of all committees, bodies of the University involved in the formulation/implementation of policies;
