On January 21, 2026, the Mindanao State University Campus Secretaries convened to discuss the preparation of the agenda for the upcoming Board of Regents (BOR) Meeting. This gathering followed the recommendations of Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education. Central to the discussion was a comprehensive review of BOR Resolution No. 151, S. 2015, which establishes the formal guidelines for agenda preparation.
During the session, the body agreed to create specialized sub-committees composed of campus secretaries to handle specific areas: Preparation of Agenda, Financial Matters, Academic Matters, and Administrative Matters. These committees are expected to present their respective outputs during a follow-up meeting scheduled for February 13, 2026.
The meeting was hosted by MSU-IIT and was graced by Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan, who warmly welcomed the participants and expressed support for the collaborative initiative.
