MSU-Main Campus Conducts Mass Oath-Taking Mindanao State University (MSU) – Main Campus marked a significant milestone today, February 3, 2026, by hosting a formal Oath-Taking Ceremony at the International Convention Center. This landmark event is the first-ever mass oath-taking conducted in the university, serving as the official induction for newly hired and promoted faculty members, alongside newly designated officials such as Assistant Deans and Department Chairpersons. The ceremony directly aligns with the 9-point agenda of MSU System President Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA, specifically focusing on his fifth goal: Human Resource Development and Culture Building.
During the program, President Tago delivered a powerful inspirational message, charging the inductees to view their roles as a “calling to serve both knowledge and society.” Supported by remarks from HRDO Director Faisal G. Mangotara, JD, and Vice Chancellor and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Minerva-Saminah M. Naga, the event emphasized a culture of accountability and excellence. This historic ceremony stands as a testament to the university’s enduring mission, empowering these leaders and educators to carry forward the flame of the MSUan spirit in pursuit of academic prestige and transformative service to the Bangsamoro and the nation.
