Per Pax Per Day – ₱450 (1 minute = 1 Slot = 1 Pax)

* The rate above is on a full day basis. Check-In Time = 2pm of the Current Day while Check-Out Time is 12:00 Noon of the Next Day.

* Only printed email notifications are accepted as attachments to a duly filled booking form.

* Upon downloading the booking form, you agree to have read and agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the booking contract.

* After printing all forms, proceed to the facility in-charge for pre-booking details and signatures.

4. Payment at UBO

5. Final Booking Confirmation at Auxiliary Services Office

6. Submission of Copies to Facilities In-Charge
