𝐌𝐒𝐔 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒)— Mindanao State University (MSU) hosted an exploratory dialogue on the proposal to establish a new extension campus in the Municipality of Al Barka, Basilan. The proposal was initiated by Member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority-Parliament, MP Dan Asnawie.

The proposed extension campus aims to provide accessible and quality higher education to former combatants of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), as well as their next of kin.

During the exploratory dialogue, MP Asnawie emphasized the importance of this initiative in stimulating socio-economic development and promoting lasting peace in the region. He expressed his gratitude to MSU for hosting the event and for considering the proposal.
