Marawi City, Philippines – On July 7, 2025, the Mindanao State University (MSU) System proudly held its first flag-raising ceremony under the leadership of its 9th regular President, Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, at the Antonio Isidro Grounds, MSU Main Campus.
