MSU Main Campus - Marawi City > 11-Sustainable Cities & Communities (SDG Goals) > MSU Marawi LUDIP Evaluation 2025: A Step Towards Enhanced Campus Development

The Mindanao State University (MSU) community is currently engaged in a significant undertaking: the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) Evaluation 2025. This crucial evaluation, hosted by the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Development (OVPPD) at MSU Marawi, marks a vital step in ensuring the campus’s sustainable and compliant development.

The evaluation’s importance is underscored by its alignment with national mandates, specifically Republic Act No. 11396 (the ‘Higher Education Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan Act’) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Officials from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office XII are leading this assessment to determine the LUDIP’s effectiveness and its compliance with the requirements set forth.

The successful finalization and implementation of the LUDIP is a critical undertaking that will pave the way for sustainable physical growth, ultimately enhancing the university’s capacity to deliver quality education and research.
