Marawi City, December 6, 2025 – A day after the Presidential Advisory Council session, the Mindanao State University System held its System-wide Finance Meeting on December 5, 2025, at the same ICTC Conference Room, MSU Main Campus, Marawi City.
The strategic financial consultation was presided over by System Finance Commitee Chair, Alumni Regent Hon. Ssmuel B. Sabenecio, together with University and Board Secretary Atty. Nur Elias Yusoph. In attendance were all eleven Campus representatives, the Executive Vice President Dr. Abdulcader M. Ayo, ShL, JD, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Minerva-Saminah M. Naga, Vice President for Planning and Development Prof. Rodrigo S. Baid, MSCE, Vice President for Administration and FInance Soraida A. Esmail, CPA, DM and Vice President for Research and Extension Dr. Glen A. Lorenzo.
Joining them for this special finance-focused assembly were all Campus Budget Officers, Chief Accountants, and Finance Heads, and Cashiers from the entire MSU System, as well as several members of the Board of Regents who participated to gain direct insight into the fiscal health and priorities of the university system.
