At the forefront of the logistical and operational planning was the MSU System Faculty Federation and MSUMarawi Faculty Union officers. Their efforts were crucially supported by the tireless coordination with the Union Presidents of every campus,Noli Vergel E.Kirit (MSU@Naawan), Ronaliza M. Wagas (MSU-TCTO), Javer C. Pintino (MSU-LNCAT), Tres Tinna Dela Cruz (MSU-General Santos) along with Allen Alikan of MSU-Sulu and Leo Santillana of MSU-IIT that ensured seamless communication with their delegation.

Working in close partnership as the primary co-organizer was the MSU-Main Campus’ College of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (CSPEAR). Under the exceptional leadership of Dean Mirian Aman, the dedicated faculty and staff of CSPEAR provided vital technical expertise. They also mentored a talented corps of student officiating officials from the WHIVERS, BOSS, SOCIABALLS, whose professionalism and fairness were evident in every game. This collaboration was key to the smooth execution of the sporting events and was further bolstered by the enthusiastic backing of the Dr. Abdulrashid Lucman and Dr. Atreju Mikhail Sam Gallardo.

Equal recognition is due to the personnel from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM). Their culinary expertise and tireless work in preparing and managing the food for all participants ensured that everyone was graciously hosted throughout the games.

The event also received tremendous support from the chancellors and heads of all participating MSU campuses, whose cooperation was essential for ensuring the full and enthusiastic participation of their respective faculty delegations. Special mention is given to the exemplary support from Superintendent Cairany D. The successful execution of an event of this magnitude would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the various other working committees. From logistics and accommodations to security and program management, their hard work ensured a seamless flow of activities.
