Alinor Chavez Amil, MPA is the incumbent Secretary of the College of Public Affairs and a faculty member of the Public Administration Department of Mindanao State University-Main Campus. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, majoring in Organization and Management, Cum Laude and College Class Valedictorian in the year 2018. He also graduated with a Certificate in Governmental Management in the year 2021 and his Master of Public Administration in the year 2022 from the same University.
