A passionate Licensed Professional Teacher committed to touch the lives of the students through teaching both bachelors and Master students of the Public Administration in Mindanao State University, He had completed three (3) certificate programs (Teachers’ Professional Education, Governmental Management and Statistics); an eligible civil servant passing the Civil Service Career Professional Examination; A statistician who have finished his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Currently writing his dissertation leading to the degree Doctor of Public Administration.
