Biography

Dr. Minukon is the former Assistant Dean of the College of Public Affairs. She is now 16 years in service at Mindanao State University. She was given an opportunity to finish her 2nd Master’s degree in Development Studies, majoring in Social Justice Perspectives, at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, International Institute of Social Studies. She finished her doctoral degree in Sustainable Development Studies at MSU IIT Iligan City. She was deeply engaged in sustainable peacebuilding and sustainable development.
