Mr. Ian John Belgira is a registered social worker and a college instructor by profession. He earned his bachelor’s degree in social work at Mindanao State University – Main Campus and graduated Cum Laude. In the February 2021 Social Workers’ Licensure Examinations, he was one of the 10 examinees who showed exemplary performance and was hailed 9^th Place in the examinations. He is currently a faculty member of the Department of Social Work in MSU – Main Campus.
