Mr. Mahid N. H. Junaid was born on December 3, 1991 at Lilod, Balindong (watu) Lanao del sur. He was the second to the youngest of the five siblings. His parents were SAMSIA P. NOR and H. JUNAID M. DIMATINGCAL.
He graduated with the Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies Major in Islamic Law and Master of Arts in Islamic Studies major in Muslim Law at Mindanao State University, Main Campus, Marawi City. He also earned a Certificate in Professional Teaching. Currently, He is taking up the degree Doctor of Philosophy in Philippines Studies at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at the same university. Further, he finished his Madrasah Education (Sanawi Graduate).
In terms of experiences, he worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Cashier of Alfawaz Alhokair Company for almost three years. Previously, he was part of the teaching force in Philippine Muslim Teacher’s College (PMTC). He also served as Encoder in the Commission of Election during registration period and an Administrative Assistant I at Sharia’h Center. Currently, Mr. H. Junaid is a faculty member of the king Faisal Center for Islamic Arabic and Asian Studies.
