Norlainie Potawan Usaman, LPT is a faculty member of MSU-Siawadato. She have obtained her studies in Mindanao State University – Main Campus with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biology and a Licensed Professional Teacher.

She is currently taking her masters degree in Mindanao State University.

She began her career teaching at MSU-Siawadato Community High School as a faculty member in April 2023 after passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers in October 2022.
