Rahma Buale Bassir, CSE, LPT is a licensed professional teacher from Binidayan, Lanao del Sur. She finished her Bachelor of Arts in English and earned her Education Units both at Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Iligan City. She has been teaching English subjects at MSU-Binidayan Community High School since 2004. At present, she is the designated English Coordinator of the school.
