Raisalam B. Olama, LPT is presently the principal of MSU-Binidayan Community High School with a current rank of Master Teacher II. She finished her degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Home Economics at MSU-Main Campus, Marawi City. She also earned her Certificate of Proficiency in Teaching Physics in the same university. She is interested in learning new approaches and trends in teaching. She believed that leadership is not about titles, positions, or work hours. It’s about relationships.
