SHEILA MAE BALBON JICO is a faculty member of MSU Wao Community High School under the Araling Panlipunan Department and the Senior High School Department. She has been teaching for more than 15 years now. She finished Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies at Bukidnon State University(2005) and earned 18 units for the course Master of Arts in History at Xavier University.
