Sohra B. Masnar is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management at Mindanao State University-Main Campus. Since 2003, she has been serving as a staff of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, Extension, and Development. She is the Record Management Officer of the said office. For 20 years of service, she witnessed the continues growth of MSU.
