Proceed to the IT Services Division on the first floor of the E-Library Building.
Step 2.
Accomplish the KOHA Registration Form. Both new applicants and students with existing accounts are required to register in the new library system.
Step 3.
Proceed to the Client Services Office for the next step and present the following requirements:

Valid University ID
Original copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR)
One (1) 1x1 ID picture
₱20.00 processing fee
Step 4.
Wait for the issuance of your Borrower’s Card. Once issued, you may use your card to access library borrowing services.
Borrower’s Card Validation and Usage Policy
The borrower’s card must be validated every semester and signed by authorized personnel of the Client Services Office. The borrower’s card is non-transferable. Library privileges must be exercised only by the cardholder. The cardholder is responsible for all library materials borrowed using the borrower’s card. Any person found lending, borrowing, or using another person’s borrower’s card shall be subject to appropriate penalties.
