The Ribbon Cutting and Turn-Over Ceremony for the Repair and Rehabilitation of the Dimaporo Gymnasium marked a significant milestone in the continuous development and improvement of the university’s facilities and infrastructure. The activity formally celebrated the completion of the rehabilitation project aimed at restoring and enhancing the functionality, safety, and overall condition of the gymnasium to better serve students, faculty, staff, and the community. The ceremony was attended by university officials such as the MSU System President Atty. Paisalin P. Tago, CPA, Mr. Abdul Azis M. Pangandaman – Chief of Staff of the Office of the President, Mr. Abdulrahman C. Gandamra, CPA – Deputy Chief of Staff for Finance, Dr. Mirian P. Aman – Dean of CSPEAR, Office Directors and Staff, faculty members, PPD staff, guests, and stakeholders who witnessed the ribbon cutting and turn-over of the rehabilitated facility. Messages of gratitude and support were delivered highlighting the importance of maintaining quality infrastructure that promotes sports development, student activities, academic events, and community gatherings. The successful completion of the project reflects the university administration’s commitment to providing a safe, efficient, and conducive environment for various institutional programs and activities. The rehabilitation works included the repair and improvement of the gymnasium structure, roofing system, electrical facilities, painting works, and other necessary enhancements to ensure the durability and usability of the facility. It was rehabilitated under the supervision of the OIC Director II, Engr. Cayamora A. Macarambon and the Project Engineer, Engr. Aiman M. Billy. Through this project, the Dimaporo Gymnasium is now better equipped to accommodate university functions, athletic events, and other important activities that contribute to the holistic development of the university community. The turn-over ceremony also symbolized the collective efforts and cooperation of the administration, implementing offices, contractors, and personnel involved in the successful completion of the project. The event concluded with appreciation and recognition for all individuals and offices who contributed to the realization of the rehabilitation and improvement of the Dimaporo Gymnasium.
