(UC 1 ) – Facility-Sponsored Functions: Activities organized by the facility’s managing unit (e.g., college events).

(UC 2) – University-Based Users: MSU academic activities, student organizations,offices/units/colleges, other MSU campuses.

(UC 3) – University Affiliates: Religious groups, fraternities/sororities, registered student organizations.

(UC 4) – Non-MSU Users: BARMM offices, public/private schools, local government units, private/corporate individuals.

* The rates above are on a full day basis. Half rate is applied for half day bookings.

* Only printed email notifications are accepted as attachments to a duly filled booking form.

* Upon downloading the booking form, you agree to have read and agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the booking contract.

* After printing all forms, proceed to the facility in-charge for pre-booking details and signatures.

3. Approval by Facility Caretaker on the form and OP PMS (if outside MSU unit)

4. Payment at UBO

5. Final Booking Confirmation at Auxiliary Services Office

6. Submission of Copies to Facilities In-Charge
